As the products from buzzdaisy.com are all custom-made according to the customer’s measurements, we offer a fair and responsible return/exchange policy.
Return/Exchange (accepted under the following circumstances):
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be
- All tags attached
- Original packaging
- Need to contact us within 30 days after receiving the product.
- Defective/Incorrect items
- At buzzdaisy.com, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item or incorrect product. We guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.
- If you have any questions, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
3. Product lost in transit
- If the product doesn’t arrive because it is clearly lost in transit. We can either send you another product or we can refund you 100%.
- Step 1: You must first contact us, providing us with the order number and the reason for the return/exchange in our contact form.
- Step 2: Leave a note with your order number and insert it into the return package.
- Step 3: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. Our customer service will provide the return address.
- Step 4: Post the item(s) to us via your preferred shipment method.
- Step 5: Once your parcel reaches us, we will process the refund/exchange within 5 working days. The refund will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days.
- Item(s) being returned/exchanged due to manufacturers defect will not incur this restocking fee. The fee will be applied to the original order and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- Please allow 5 working days for your refund to post to your original payment method. We will notify you by email when your refund has been submitted.
Return/Exchange shipping costs:
- Customer is responsible for return/exchange postage unless products are defective or wrong.
